so, it is november,the "spring" of south africa. yeah right, spring my ass. guess how hot it is today?!! guess how hot??-- 104! it is only 9:30am. Please, can someone just kill me now? Recently, i have been having a hard time concentrating due to this heatwave. i don't think that i am cut out for this kind of weather. really. if i am ever offered a job in a tropical part of the world, someone please remind me of this impairment.
also, GUESS WHAT? IT GETS EVEN HOTTER IN DECEMBER AND JANUARY. Luckily for me, I will not be doing much thinking in December (aka, vacation) but still.

also, i have taken the high road, where i have refused to buy a fan...REALLY. my family doesn't own one, so i am labeling it officially as an extravagance. i am sticking to this, i think. also the fact that i can't really afford one does come into play somewhat...hahahhaha...
